The first “Fighting Cancer with Music” event was held on the 24th of April at Limassol Marina in support of The Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society. In collaboration with the Bank of Cyprus, a range of fundraising activities, a live performance by Nikos Baliakos and a live link with Kiss FM constituted a fun-packed day for all visitors. In the evening, Lopodytes band were the opening act for an outdoor concert with free entry for all, followed by Minus One who are on their way to representing Cyprus at the Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm this month. All donations and event proceeds went to The Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society.
