A Charity Tuna Fishing Competition to raise funds for the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society.

Fishing enthusiasts from across the island are invited to participate in the 16ᵗʰ annual Charity Tuna Fishing Competition, to be held on 20th of July 2025. The event is organised by Dacor Advertising and Media, S.I.S.E.A.L and the Cyprus Yachting Magazine ‘To Psarema & Ta Mystika Tou’, in support of the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Society. 

The competition will take place at Limassol Marina, from 5:00am to 9:30am. After the competition there will be a series of lively events for participants and visitors starting at 10:00am. These include a live sushi-making demonstration, a charitable auctioning of the caught tuna, and a prize draw for the participants.

This annual event is held in memory of the magazine’s beloved contributors, Christos Aristidou, Chrysanthos Chrysanthou, Nakis Christodoulou, Haris Soleas and Antonis Diamantides.

Proceeds from the event will be donated to the Cyprus Anti-Cancer Association. Companies and organisations that wish to contribute to this charitable event are welcome to participate.
