Limassol Marina will host this year's major international sporting event, 2023 European Championship FAREAST 28R, on November 19th – 25th. This is the largest regatta for this class of yachts ever held in Cyprus. Freedom Finance Europe is the general partner and co-organiser of the championship, which will be held with the support of Limassol Municipality. The event is organised by the Cyprus International Sailing Club (CISC).

The championship program includes five racing days with three races per day.
