The TrakArt Development Foundation and Banc De Binary present the exhibition «The Ancient Greek Civilization and their Amazing Inventions» at Limassol Marina’s ΤΡΑΚΑΣΟΛ Cultural Centre.
 
Starting from the 6th of January until the 12th of February, the exhibition aims to demonstrate that the technology of the ancient Greeks was extremely similar to the beginning of our modern technology. It will also present functional models of some of the most extraordinary ancient Greek inventions, including the “robot-servant” of Philo, the “hydraulic telegraph” of Aeneas, the “cinema”of Hero, the automatic clock of Ctesibius, the astrolabe of Ptolemy and the “analogue computer” of Antikythera. The selection of exhibits comes from the Museum of Ancient Greek Technology operates by Kostas Kotsanas at Katakolon Port and Ancient Olympia.
