What could be more delightful than sharing the vibrant flavours of summer? Jamie and his team have crafted an exciting summer menu that is perfect for sharing. Featuring a delicious selection of small and big plates, salads, and desserts, this menu promises an exceptional dining experience for every palate.

Small plates

Kick off your meal with the Feta & Tomato Turnovers – crispy filo-pastry parcels filled with feta and sun-dried tomatoes, topped with crushed pistachios and honey. Another standout is the Beautiful Burrata, a refreshing mix of seasonal tomatoes, watermelon, fresh chilli, and red onion, all drizzled with a zesty lime and mint dressing. For mushroom lovers, the Herby Portobello Toast offers juicy mushrooms on a bed of whipped ricotta, garnished with parsley gremolata and pickled red onions.

Big plates

The Prawn Moqueca is a must-try, featuring thinly sliced prawns in a flavourful Peruvian-style tiger's milk, complemented by flame-grilled peppers and fresh chilli. For a hearty option, the BBQ Ribs are a go-to, being slow-cooked to perfection, glazed with BBQ sauce, and served with a side of potato salad.

Salads

For something a little lighter, the Bacon & Avo salad is perfect. This dish combines mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, crispy bacon, avocado, aged Cheddar, red onion, and toasted sunflower seeds, all tossed in a tangy mustard vinaigrette.

End your meal on a sweet note with the classic Apple Crumble, featuring caramelized green apples and a crunchy topping.
