In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, PAUL Cyprus is once again dedicated in its commitment to raise awareness and help push for a future without breast cancer. This year, every visitor to all PAUL stores island-wide is encouraged to participate in its sweet campaign, ‘Signature Pink Dessert Collection,’ that helps raise funds for this meaningful cause.

A special range of pink desserts will be exclusively available at all PAUL restaurants around Cyprus, and with each dessert sold, €1 will be donated to Europa Donna Cyprus, in support of breast cancer awareness, research, and patient support. The collection is available throughout October at PAUL Limassol Marina, for both dine-in and takeaway.

The ‘Pink Dessert Collection’ includes such tasty delights as:

• Pink choux: Almond craquelin choux filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberry filling.
• Pink pavlova: Pink meringue with mascarpone chantilly and fresh berries.
• Lemon cupcake: Lemon cupcake with raspberry buttercream.
• Mini strawberry macarons
• Red fruit croissant: Croissant filled with tropezienne cream, raspberry filling, and fresh berries.
